Tendring Ramblers are part of The Ramblers Association and as such all members are members of “The Ramblers”. To join The Ramblers Association you may use the on-line application form on “The Ramblers” main site at www.ramblers.org.uk  or contact Celia, the Tendring Ramblers Membership Secretary. Reduced rates are intended for people who, through whatever circumstances, cannot afford the standard rates. Joint membership is for 2 adults at the same address.

Having joined “The Ramblers”, you will be allocated a group operating in the area where you live. If you wish to be allocated to a group from another area, this can easily be done. There is provision for this on the application form.

Members of other groups of “The Ramblers” will be welcomed on any walk. If they wish, they may become Associate Members and receive our programme for £3.00 per annum from the Membership Secretary.

Non members can attend three “taster” walks after which it will be necessary to join the RA. All are most welcome and are advised to introduce themselves to the leader before they start any walk in order that other members can give them advice or assistance if necessary.
